PV United TeamHub Privacy Policy

PV United TeamHub (“PV United TeamHub,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting the personal information collected and used through the App.

This Privacy Policy explains what information PV United TeamHub may collect, how that information is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to users.

PV United TeamHub is a team-management application designed to help coaches, team managers, parents, guardians, and other authorized team participants coordinate youth soccer activities.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use PV United TeamHub, we may collect the following information.

Account Information

When a user creates or accesses an account, we may collect:

• Name

• Email address

• Account role, such as coach, team manager, parent, guardian, or other authorized user

• Login and authentication information

• Team affiliation

Passwords and authentication credentials are handled through secure authentication services and are not displayed to other users.

Player and Team Information

Authorized coaches, team managers, parents, or guardians may provide information relating to players, including:

• Player name

• Team assignment

• Jersey number

• Primary or secondary playing positions

• Practice, game, event, and team participation information

• RSVP or attendance information

• Lineup and team-management information

Because PV United TeamHub is used in connection with youth soccer teams, some player information may relate to minors.

The App is intended to be administered by adults such as coaches, team managers, parents, and guardians. Children are not intended to independently create accounts or provide personal information without appropriate adult involvement.

Parent, Guardian, Coach, and Team Information

The App may store information used to facilitate communication among authorized team participants, including:

• Names

• Email addresses

• Team roles

• Messages or communications sent through team features

PV United TeamHub does not currently collect or store users’ phone numbers.

Schedule and Event Information

PV United TeamHub may store information relating to:

• Practices

• Games

• Scrimmages

• Tournaments

• Team events

• Event locations

• Arrival and start times

• RSVP status

• Guest counts

• Team notes and instructions

Communications

When users communicate through the App, we may process information necessary to deliver those communications.

This may include team announcements, direct messages, notifications, event reminders, email communications, and similar team-related communications.

Photos, Videos, and User-Uploaded Media

PV United TeamHub allows authorized users to upload, access, and share team-related photos, videos, images, drill media, and other content.

When a user chooses to upload media, the App may access the user’s camera, photo library, or device storage after the user grants the applicable device permission.

Uploaded media may be stored using third-party cloud storage or database services used to operate PV United TeamHub.

Uploaded content may be visible to other authorized users associated with the applicable team, depending on the feature and the user’s role.

Users should only upload photos, videos, or other content that they have the right and authorization to share. Because PV United TeamHub is used for youth sports, users should use particular care when uploading content depicting minors.

PV United TeamHub does not use uploaded photos or videos for advertising, facial recognition, biometric identification, or the sale of personal information.

Device and Technical Information

We may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the App, including:

• Device type

• Operating system

• App version

• Device or push-notification identifiers

• Error or diagnostic information

• Authentication and security information

• Basic usage information necessary to operate and troubleshoot the App

We may use push-notification tokens to deliver notifications requested or enabled by the user.

2. How We Use Information

We use information collected through PV United TeamHub to:

• Create and maintain user accounts

• Authenticate users

• Provide access to authorized teams

• Maintain team rosters

• Manage player positions and lineups

• Schedule practices, games, scrimmages, and events

• Record RSVPs and attendance

• Allow coaches and team managers to coordinate team activities

• Facilitate communications among authorized team participants

• Send notifications, reminders, and announcements

• Provide team and event information

• Store, display, and share user-uploaded photos, videos, and other team-related media with authorized team members

• Maintain the security and reliability of the App

• Diagnose technical problems

• Improve App functionality and user experience

• Respond to support requests

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use player or family information for behavioral advertising.

3. Advertising

PV United TeamHub does not display third-party advertising.

We do not use personal information collected through the App to serve targeted or behavioral advertisements.

4. Sale of Personal Information

PV United TeamHub does not sell personal information.

We do not sell player, parent, guardian, coach, or other user information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information only when necessary to provide and operate PV United TeamHub.

Certain team information may be visible to authorized users associated with the same team. For example, coaches or team managers may have access to roster, attendance, scheduling, lineup, or contact information necessary to manage the team.

We may use third-party technology providers to help operate PV United TeamHub. These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide services such as cloud database hosting, user authentication, data storage, app hosting, push notifications, email delivery, technical infrastructure, error monitoring, or diagnostics.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, governmental requests, protect users, investigate abuse or security incidents, or protect the integrity of PV United TeamHub.

6. Youth and Children’s Privacy

PV United TeamHub is used in connection with youth sports and therefore may contain information about players who are minors.

The App is designed primarily for use and administration by adult coaches, team managers, parents, guardians, and other authorized adults.

Information about a minor should be provided only by, or with the knowledge and authorization of, a parent, guardian, coach, team administrator, or other authorized adult.

We do not knowingly use children’s personal information for advertising, profiling for advertising purposes, or the sale of personal information.

If a parent or guardian believes that information about their child has been collected or maintained improperly, they may contact us to request review, correction, or deletion.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Data used by PV United TeamHub may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure and database services.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures intended to safeguard information entrusted to us.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PV United TeamHub, maintain active team records, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted or anonymized.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

Parents or guardians may also request deletion or correction of personal information relating to their child.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

10. User Choices and Permissions

Users may control certain App permissions through their device settings, including permissions relating to notifications, photos, media, camera access, and other device features.

Users may disable optional permissions through their device settings, although doing so may prevent certain App features from working properly.

Users may also disable push notifications through their device notification settings.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

PV United TeamHub may contain links to external websites, maps, videos, training resources, or other third-party services.

Those third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that are not controlled by PV United TeamHub.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable law, or our privacy practices.

When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted publicly and the Effective Date at the top of the policy will be updated.
